I am a linguistics and comparative literature student researcher specialised in corpus & discourse linguistics, distant reading methods and data analysis and a programmer within the R ecosystem.
I combine expertise in programming and data analysis with a fascination for archives, languages, literature and math resp. statistics bridging academic/private research within the broad field of the Digital Humanies.
I am available for both short-term and extended engagements on projects related to below skills and interests.
If I come to a really interesting task, i can spend much effort into developing scripts and routines for corpus building or data/literature analysis up to publication of the results in nice looking papers or online. I sometimes have difficulties to indeed find that interesting task or research question, but with that in hand can’t stop coding…
